Package Transfer/ Withdrawal/ Extension Policy

My Facial Room shall have a fair and reasonable package transfer/ withdrawal/ extension policy.

A. Package Transfer Policy

  • All treatment packages are non-transferrable to other persons.

  • Standard package downgrade : There will be no refunds for clients transferring to a lower value treatment/ package.

  • Standard package upgrade : Clients would need to top up the difference in treatment fee, when transferring to a higher value treatment/ package.

B. Package Withdrawal Policy

All treatment packages are valid for 2 years, from the date of signing up, with full upfront payment.

 

Withdrawal

 

  • Clients who wish to withdraw from the treatment package after commencement ( within the 2-year validity period) shall inform My Facial Room in writing, at least 7 working days before the package expires, and state the reason(s) for withdrawal.

  • Any refund will be processed, as follows.

  1. For standard treatment package,​ refund will be based on the number of unconsumed treatment sessions ( excluding the complimentary sessions) at original rates, and less an administrative fee of $20.00.

  2. For Mix-&-Match treatment package, refund will be based on the balance unused credits ( excluding the complimentary credits) matched dollar-for-dollar, and less an administrative fee of $20.00.

  3. All complimentary treatment sessions and/or credits are non-refundable, nor exchangeable for cash.

 

Automatic Withdrawal

A client is deemed to have automatically withdrawn from the package, if

  1. the package expires, or

  2. he/she fails to complete full payment for the package, within 1 month of signing up, or otherwise, within the stipulated time frame, as agreed with My Facial Room.

 

For all automatic withdrawals, there will be no refund.

 

 

C. Package Extension Polic​y

 

This policy applies when a client requests to extend the validity of his/her fully-paid package, beyond the validity period.

 

  • Clients who wish to extend the validity of the current package, shall inform My Facial Room in writing, at least 7 working days before the package expires, and state the reason(s) for extension. All package extension requests are subject to My Facial Room's approval.

  • Clients are permitted to have their package's validity extended, on the following grounds.

  1. Illness supported by a medical certificate from a recognized clinic/hospital.​

  2. Compassionate or compelling circumstances beyond the control of the client such as bereavement or declared natural disaster, bankruptcy, and overseas work commitment.

  • The maximum extension period for fully-paid packages is ​1 year.

Dispute Resolution and Refund Policy

Other than that which has already been spelt out in the Package Transfer/ Withdrawal Policy, there will be no refund, once a treatment has been consumed.

Should a client has dispute over the result of a treatment, after the treatment has been consumed, the following is the recommended dispute resolution protocol.

  1. Offer feedback soonest to My Facial Room, and seek the earliest date for follow-up appointment.

  2. My Facial Room will review the skin condition, at the next appointment.

  3. If the client's feedback is found to be true, My Facial Room will undertake to (a) immediately remedy the condition to his/her satisfaction at no charge, or (b) offer complimentary treatment solution(s) of equivalent value commensurate to what the client has paid for the previous treatment. The choice of which depends on the client.

Data Privacy Policy

My Facial Room protects your private and confidential data by employing strict security practices which include administrative, logical and physical controls.
